Thank you for considering Caring Transitions of Carlsbad & La Jolla for your professional organizer, relocation, downsizing and estate sale needs. I’m Dawn Lesicko, the owner. When I opened this business in early 2015, it was because I was ready to start a new chapter in my life and I wanted to make a positive impact on my community. Since we opened back in 2015, we have expanded to four territories – we service all of North San Diego County down to La Jolla. Caring Transitions of Carlsbad & La Jolla was nominated for a Fastest Growing Business Award by the Carlsbad Chamber in 2016, and in 2018, the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce nominated me for Entrepreneur of the Year. I also received my CT Pro Master recognition in 2018, which qualifies me to service all our National accounts like Edward Jones Trust.

I have a degree in organizational management and experience as a business owner, realtor and co-owner of a homeowner’s association management firm. I also know a few things about moving – I went to 14 grade schools, moved 10 times before settling down to raise my family in 1982, and have moved seven times since. My last two moves gained me the experience of downsizing myself.

I love seeing the relief wash over our clients’ faces when they realize we really can help with transitions that can sometimes feel completely overwhelming. Our mission with our professional organizer services is to make a difference in families’ lives by providing solutions that bring a sense of peace and calm to whatever situation they are facing.
