I have been a patient at Oceanside Physical Therapy for many years.  First it was torn ligaments in my ankle, then I broke the foot and finally I had extremely painful back pain.  Sean Mandell and his crew are amazing.  One of the most unique things about Oceanside Physical Therapy is that you see your physical therapist at every appointment.  So many PT offices have you only do the exercises with the assistants and you rarely get one one one with your PT.

OPT literally kept me walking before my spine surgeries and helped me heal afterwards.  Today I have zero pain and I owe a lot to Sean and his team.
